DMCA / Copyright
TEASE SWIPE is an aggregator. We do not host, upload or store any video. Live streams and room images are streamed by and embedded from third-party cam networks (Chaturbate and BongaCams); TEASE SWIPE only links to and displays them. We respect copyright and respond to notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. §512.
How to file a notice
Send your notice by email to dmca@teaseswipe.com, or use the form below. Under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3), a notice must include:
- identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed (a description, or a URL where the original appears);
- the URL(s) on our site of the material you claim is infringing, specific enough for us to find it;
- your contact information: name, address, telephone number and email address;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or are authorised to act on the owner's behalf;
- your physical or electronic signature (a typed full name is accepted).
What we do
When we receive a complete notice we promptly remove or disable access to the material on TEASE SWIPE (for example the room page, link or image) and forward the notice to the source network that hosts the stream, so it can act at the source. Incomplete notices may delay action; we may ask you for the missing details.
Counter-notice (17 U.S.C. §512(g))
If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to dmca@teaseswipe.com with: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the material removed and the URL where it appeared before removal; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, telephone number and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, outside the U.S., any judicial district in which the service provider may be found) and will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice. We forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant and may restore the material after 10–14 business days unless they tell us they have filed a court action.
Repeat infringers
We do not list, link to or embed content from sources or rooms that are repeatedly the subject of valid notices, and we report them to the source network.
Sending a knowingly false notice or counter-notice may make you liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. §512(f).
